No. Your waitlist form opens in any browser, and every check-in arrives as a normal text message or email. Parents reply the way they already text.
Will it work with our current childcare software?
Yes. WaitlistControl handles the queue; keep using your existing billing, attendance or ratio tools. You can export a family’s details at any time.
How do you handle consent and CASL?
Every intake form captures express consent, every message includes an easy opt-out, and we keep a record of when and how consent was given. We’ll help you align the setup with your own CASL obligations.
Where is our data stored?
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and hosted in Canadian data centres. You own it, and you can export or delete it whenever you leave.
